for mainland UK. If you require any additional insurance (e.g Special Delivery),

12.3 We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, but will
endeavour to trace any items that are lost and recover costs from the Royal
Mail, as all items are recorded delivery.

13. Return & Refund Policy

13.1 If you return goods to us, unopened, within 30 days of dispatch, we will
refund the amount charged for the goods (but not the shipping charge). We advise
you obtain proof of posting from the post office.

13.2 We shall only refund your money where: a) the goods arrive damaged or
faulty, or, b) the goods have been incorrectly dispatched.

13.3 We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened. This
